Terms of use
By using the SPOX service, the User agrees to the following terms.
It is forbidden to publish content that:
- violates copyright,
- promotes computer (or phonographic) piracy,
- is pornographic,
- contains viruses or other malicious code,
- infringe the right of the SPOX service, Sphere Research Labs and third parties (including other Users),
- contains links to websites prohibited by the Polish law,
- includes links to websites that could be unsafe or may contain viruses,
- contains elements provided by third parties without adequate verification, including the advertisements and content from external websites.
User agrees to use the service in accordance with the Polish law, social and moral standards, the provisions of these terms of use, the rules of social interaction on the Internet, and in particular to:
- refrain from actions aimed at obtaining personal data or passwords of other Users,
- refrain from activities and sending the data, which can hamper the functioning of the SPOX service,
- use disk, network and computing resources in a rational manner and in accordance with their purpose in the SPOX service,
- not use, copy and disclose the content published on the SPOX service, obtained personal data and other information protected by copyright, without the prior consent of the owner,
- not use SPOX for own commercial purposes, for example to promote products, services, posting advertisements or selling,
- not use SPOX as a distribution channel for commercial or promotional purposes (such as chain letters, junk mail, spam, etc.),
- no spamming and flooding in the SPOX service.
The beta version of SPOX service is available free of charge. Future financing method has not been selected yet.
Sphere Research Labs respects Users' rights to their intellectual property. In particular, there is no transfer of material of the private User data, source code and other materials that have been sent to the the SPOX service, unless the User decides otherwise.
Sphere Research Labs reserves the right to publish, copy and distribute the materials posted on the SPOX service, which are available to all Users (in compliance with copyrights).
User agrees to use any information contained on the SPOX service for statistical purposes and to exploit and process statistical data by Sphere Research Labs.
Each User can opt out of the use of the SPOX service (at any time).
Sphere Research Labs makes every effort to provide the highest possible quality of service, however, takes no responsibility for any problems in the functioning of the SPOX service, even if they cause loss of data for User accounts. SPOX is not a repository of data and Sphere Research Labs undertakes no obligation to make available for inspection any material contained in the system, with the exception of personal information.
Sphere Research Labs does not accept any responsibility for the interruption of access to the SPOX service.
Sphere Research Labs reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time. In this case, Users will be immediately informed by publication of the new terms on the SPOX service.
